About the role

Sendify helps small and mid-sized businesses run smarter logistics without complexity. We’re a 65-person scaleup based in Gothenburg, serving SMEs across Sweden and Germany and we’re evolving from a price-focused shipping tool into the leading logistics system for weekly shippers in manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution. The market doesn’t fully know that yet. Your job is to close that gap through content that educates, proves, and converts.

We’re looking for a B2B Content Marketing Lead to own how we tell our story across all channels. You’ll work closely with our Director of Marketing and sit at the intersection of product, sales, and market. You’ll produce content yourself, build systems that scale it, and make sure what we say externally is grounded in real customer insight. This is a hands-on role. You work across formats — text, graphic, motion — and act as the architect: you own the direction, and where you need capacity, we work with agencies and freelance consultants. The goal is great content at scale.

You’ll build the system behind it: defined content pillars that anchor everything we produce, a content engine that runs consistently, and a repurposing loop that turns one strong asset into ten without starting from scratch each time.

What you’ll do

  • Build and run a content system that turns proprietary data and customer insight into reports, articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, and sales enablement material

  • Conduct customer interviews and mine sales call data to find the language, pain points, and proof points that resonate with our target segment

  • Own the content calendar: what we publish, when, and why that sequence

  • Work with external agencies and freelancers to scale production without losing quality

  • Collaborate with product and sales to make sure content reflects what Sendify actually delivers

  • Develop our positioning within the segment

After five years, this role will have

  • Made Sendify the obvious reference point for B2B shipping in our Markets

  • Built a content engine that produces consistently and compounds over time

  • Reduced sales cycle friction through sharp messaging and clear proof points

  • Created internal clarity around who we are for and why it matters

You

  • Have several years of B2B content or marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or a company selling to SMEs or operational buyers

  • Know how to write. Not just strategically plan content, but actually produce it, reports, LinkedIn posts, case studies, email copy

  • Use AI to scale your output, not to replace your thinking

  • Are comfortable working end-to-end: insight, strategy, production, distribution

  • Thrive with autonomy and a small team where your work is visible

  • Are based in Gothenburg

  • Swedish or German fluency is a strong advantage.

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational SaaS is a plus but not required.

You’ll work directly with our Director of Marketing, have a real seat at the table, and help define how the market perceives our evolution. We’re based at Östra Larmgatan in the heart of Gothenburg.
