Currently we are looking for:

Senior AI Agent Developer to our office in Helsinki

We’re searching for a hands-on builder excited by the idea of putting AI agents into production for real customers - not in theory, but in the field. You’ll work closely with users, build end-to-end systems across Python and React, and help shape how modern AI delivers tangible business value. If you thrive in fast feedback loops, real-world impact, and small, high-talent teams, you’ll love this role.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI Agents, Agent Evals, and product capabilities

• Drivetechnical decisions and own major components of delivery

• Translate complex real-world challenges into clear technical requirements

• Architectscalable systems for building, deploying, and managing AI agents

• Lead high-impact initiatives and contribute to team best practices

We might be looking for you, if you have:

• a minimum of 5yrs experience building production-grade software applications

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering

• Proven ability to buildproduction-grade React applications

• High proficiency inPython (and comfortable across the stack)

• Able to walk through at least one real AI/LLM project you’ve delivered

• Enjoy applying AI to real-world problems and experimenting with new ideas

• Comfortable moving fast and adapting in a changing environment

• Confident working directly with customers for insights and feedback

• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
