Our Newest Opportunity:Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Work directly with clients to manage all client sponsored 401k plan administration
- Support 401k Manager, as needed, to provide support for Resourcing Edge 401k plan administration
- Partner with Implementation and Client coordinating with 401k provider
- Work with clients and providers to set up new retirement plans
- Assist employees with retirement questions
- Review data entry changes made to the payroll system
- QC all changes
- Assist terminated clients with plan transfers
- Work with our internal teams to answer client and employee questions
- Work with data processing team, Ben Reps or Implementation for client sponsored plan set up and SOPâs on how to manage plan.
- Other duties as appropriate to the objectives of the role and goals of Resourcing Edge
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, required
- Prism navigation is a plus
Education, Training and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with 401k plans
- Prism knowledge
- PEO experience
- Travel Required: 10%
