Digital Image Producer

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and understands how accurate, consistent imagery contributes to a high-quality online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, process, resize, crop, retouch, and prepare product images for publication on an e-commerce website.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, and related Creative Suite applications to manage image-production workflows.
• Review and approve images according to established brand, style, formatting, and quality guidelines.
• Ensure product images accurately align with product names, descriptions, colors, features, and other website content.
• Identify incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, or inconsistent imagery and coordinate necessary corrections.
• Prioritize image assignments based on product launches, promotional events, and critical business deadlines.
• Upload, organize, and maintain digital image assets within internal systems.
• Collaborate with merchandising, creative, copy, digital, and e-commerce teams to resolve image and product-information issues.
• Perform quality-control reviews before images are published.
• Update or replace existing website images as needed.
• Maintain organized workflows while meeting daily production expectations and deadlines.
• Track assignments and communicate potential delays or issues to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in e-commerce image production, digital asset production, web design, photo editing, or a related area.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Adobe Bridge is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of image resolution, sizing, cropping, color, file formats, and web optimization.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage a high volume of assignments and meet daily production goals.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous retail, fashion, consumer product, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
