Location: Nottingham, UK (Hybrid)
Contract: 3-Month Contract (possible extensions)

We are recruiting a number of Digital Business Analyst with proven experience delivering business and digital transformation initiatives within a Retail/ Healthcareenvironment.

Essential Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus onDigital and Business Transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience working withinRetail/ Healthcare organisations.
• Strong understanding ofSupply Chain and/orFinance business processes and supporting systems.
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience influencing stakeholders on solution options, scope, and business outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and external delivery partners.
• ISEB Business Analysis Foundation and Business Analysis Practice certifications (or equivalent).
