Senior Facility Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead facility engineering, utility management, energy conservation, and infrastructure improvement initiatives to ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective plant operations.

Role Purpose:

• Utility & Facility Systems Management
• Facility Improvement Projects
• EHS & Regulatory Compliance
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Develop facility operation and maintenance budgets.
• Control utility costs and maintenance expenses.
• Manage Capex/Expense requests and facility investment projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Understanding of EHS and statutory compliance requirements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and coordinate with external parties.
• Good English communication skills.
