Status: 40 hours per week
Ready to be the backbone of our lab operations? Here's what you'll be doing:
- Master the Lab Flow: Process orders, track specimens, and manage materials with precision—you'll be the go-to person keeping everything moving smoothly
- Tech-Savvy Operations:Â Navigate our information systems like a pro and operate laboratory equipment (including automation systems) to support our team's success
- Specimen Superhero: Handle specimen and material pick-up, transportation, and receipt with care and accuracy—because every sample matters
- Customer Service Champion: Interact with patients, lab staff, and caregivers with genuine professionalism and courtesy—you'll be the friendly face of our lab
- Follow the Playbook:Â Execute established procedures consistently while working under regular supervision to ensure quality and compliance

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Experience in a medical setting, hospital or clinic laboratory preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and human anatomy preferred.
- Candidate with college-level course work in science preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills required.
