Finance Manager

🌟 About the role

AsFinance Manager, you will report directly to theFinance Director of DFDS Spain and play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial operations and reporting, tax compliance, and team leadership.

You’ll act as a trusted partner across the business, ensuring our accounting processes are robust, compliant, and continuously improving.

🎯 What you’ll be doing

• Ensure accuracy of accounting records (Balance Sheet, P&L, accruals, etc.)

• Leadmonth-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

• Perform financial analysis and ensure data integrity

• Prepare and presentfinancial statements and annual accounts

• Take full ownership oftax compliance (VAT, Corporate Tax, Forms 111, 115, etc.)

• Liaise with HQ Finance, auditors, and external stakeholders

• Overseecredit control and cash flow management

• Lead or supportERP implementation and finance transformation projects

• Strengtheninternal controls and accounting procedures

• Manage and develop theaccounting team

👤 Who we’re looking for

You are an ambitious and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You combine strong technical expertise with a proactive and hands-on mindset.

✅ Your background:

• Degree inEconomics, Business Administration, or Accounting

• Minimum5-7 years of accounting experience (AP / AR / Treasury)

• At least2 years in a team leadership role

• Solid knowledge oftax regulations and compliance

• Knowledge ofIFRS is a plus

• Experience inDynamics 365 ERP will be a plus

• Fluent inEnglish and Spanish

• Second Language as French will be a plus

• Experience in an international organization is highly valued
