Senior Fullstack AI Developer (Python + React)

At Devsu we are looking for an experiencedFull Stack Developer who can architect and build an innovative AI-powered RPG content creation platform for a major publishing client. This is a high-impact, fast-paced project where you'll work directly with a Technical Principal, client stakeholders, and a cross-functional Agile team.

This role requires someone who can move quickly, make smart architectural decisions under pressure, work collaboratively in pair programming sessions, and balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery. You'll be building the core AI engine and backend infrastructure that powers complex, stateful content workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services leveragingRAG architectures to deliver intelligent, context-aware responses.
• Build and optimize integrations withLLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock), ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Develop modern user interfaces usingReact and TypeScript.
• BuildPython-based APIs and microservices deployed viaAWS Lambda (Serverless Framework); contribute toNode.js serviceswhere needed.
• Work with and integrate multiple data sources, includingPostgreSQL, Snowflake, and DynamoDB.
• Collaborate with frontend, data, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of AI-driven features.
• Implementmonitoring, logging, and performance optimization for AI pipelines and services (CloudWatch, etc.).
• Maintainsecurity best practices for data handling, authentication, and API usage.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend newAI tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience buildingproduction-grade web applications.
• Strong experience inAI/LLM development, working with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock.
• Proven expertise inprompt engineering, RAG systems, context management, and cost optimization.
• Strong backend development skills inPython, including API design, distributed systems, and serverless architectures
• Hands-on experience with theAWS ecosystem (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Experience working withReact + TypeScript on the frontend.
• Solid experience with databases:PostgreSQL, Snowflake, DynamoDB.
• Experience inAgile/Scrum environments.
• Comfortable withpair programming and collaborative development.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt infast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
