PURPOSE OF POSITION 

Develop, implement,assess and improve day to day operations of inbound call centerin order to meet and exceedall aspects of clientneeds and requirements according to policies and procedures 

 

PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS 

  • Review andmonitor employment applications for contact center employees                                                                                
  • Maintain relationships withappropriate recruiting resources 
  • Maintain professional andaccurate representation of Teleperformance to candidates
