Your Playground: Telecom Cloud Public
We are looking for aDigital Learning Manager who can turn complex cloud topics intoclear, structured and engaging learning experiences. In this role, you design and create learning content that helps customers, partners and sales teams quickly understand and confidently use the T Cloud Public.
You will work closely with product teams, journey owners and offshore development teams to ensure that learning materials reflectreal platform behavior, workflows and customer journeys. A key focus of the role is onboarding: our onboarding solution is built onServiceNow CSM, and your content will guide users through processes, forms and customer-facing service flows in a precise and easy-to-follow way.
Your work enables users to move from first contact to productive usage of the platform with confidence.

Your Mission
As aDigital Learning Manager you will:
- Design and createend-to-end learning paths for customers, partners and sales teams
- Producetutorials, guides, videos, labs and product explanations for T Cloud Public services
- DescribeServiceNow CSM onboarding steps, including forms, cases and customer-facing workflows
- Work closely with product teams to understand new features and translate them intoeffective learning material
- Turn complex cloud concepts intohands-on, practical examples that support onboarding and adoption
- Coordinate with offshore teams to preparecode-based examples, labs and supporting materials
- Ensureconsistent content quality and continuously update learning modules as services and workflows evolve
- You haveclear vision for the topic and you can formulate strategic goals of the renewed academy program
- 7+years of experience incontent creation, instructional design or enablement for technical products
- Strong ability tosimplify cloud concepts and explain them in a clear and structured way
- Experience withcloud platforms (OTC or comparable hyperscalers)
- Basic understanding ofServiceNow CSM, including flows, forms and service request behavior
- Proven ability to collaborate withproduct, engineering and journey teams
- Excellentwriting, storytelling and communication skills
- Experience withdocumentation, video or learning tools
- Ability to manage multiple content streams and keep materials aligned with frequent product changes
- Background inB2B, cloud or enterprise environments is a plus
- German language skill is "nice to have"
