from 🇭🇺 Hungary

As Hungary’s most attractive employer in 2025 (according to Randstad’s representative survey),Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is a subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group. The company provides a wide portfolio of IT and telecommunications services with more than 5300 employees. We have hundreds of large customers, corporations in Germany and in other European countries.

About the role

Building great digital products is hard. Doing it across multiple countries, platforms, and teams is even harder - and that’s exactly the challenge we’re solving.

We are looking for an engineering-driven professional who wants to work at the intersection of product, engineering, and real-world end-to-end delivery, helping turn strong platforms into B2B solutions that actually work end to end.

In our context,B2B (Business-to-Business) refers to digital products used by business customers - from small companies to large enterprises - to buy, manage, and operate telecom and IT services.

OurB2B digital vision includes solutions are building on existing, proven B2C platforms (such as digital shops and self-service apps).

This involves:

  • Adaptingbusiness processes, customer journeys, anduser experiences to B2B needs
  • Building and evolving theengineering foundations that power these solutions
  • Integrating withlocal country (NatCo) systems via APIs, integration layers, and shared services

This role exists tobring these worlds together.

You will work across business-facing product teams, engineering delivery teams, and local country IT organizations to createclear,realisticend-to-enddelivery plans - and help turn those plans into reality.

This isnot a people management role. Influence comes from technical understanding, credibility, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common goal.

This role sits inDeutsche Telekom’s European headquarters and works acrossnineEuropean operating companies (NatCo’s). The base location isHungary, with flexible and remote-first day-to-day work. Travel across Europe happens occasionally for important delivery moments, not as a constant expectation.

What you will do

  • Driveend-to-end engineering and delivery alignment for shared B2B digital enablers built on top of existing B2C platforms (e.g. digital shop and self-service applications)
  • Act as abridge between business-layer product teams and engineering delivery teams, translating needs, constraints, and trade-offs in both directions
  • Work closelywith local country (NatCo) IT teams to understand their systems, constraints, and readiness
  • Co-create and negotiatetangible E2E delivery plans with all involved parties (global and local)
  • Help teams execute those plans by removing blockers, clarifying dependencies, and aligning expectations
  • Contribute hands-on toarchitecture, design, and technical decisions where it adds the most value
  • Ensure consistent use ofAPIs, integration layers, and shared services, while respecting local realities
  • Balancespeed, quality, and sustainability in delivery decisions
  • Keep a strong focus onoutcomes and delivered value, not just milestones or processes

What we are looking for

  • Astrong engineering foundation with several years of hands-on experience in software development and/or DevOps (Examples include: Java, Python, Node.js, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, observability)
  • Experience working withdigital platforms or products that span multiple teams or organizations
  • Ability to understand bothbusiness-facing requirements (journeys, processes, UX) andengineering realities
  • Experience collaborating withdistributed or cross-company teams (e.g. global/local setups)
  • Comfortable working incomplex environments without formal authority
  • Able to structure problems, align stakeholders, and turn ambiguity intoconcrete delivery plans
  • Clear, pragmatic communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

How you work (this matters to us)

  • You care aboutdelivering value end to end, not just optimizing one part of the system
  • You enjoy workingwith people and teams, not only with code
  • You are pragmatic and solution-oriented, especially when trade-offs are required
  • You challenge unnecessary complexity, over-engineering, and heavy processes
  • You are comfortable in environmentswith light hierarchy, shared ownership, and trust
  • You are curious, open, and enjoy learning how things really work - globally and locally

Why join us

  • You will shape howlarge-scale B2B digital products are built by extending successful B2C platforms
  • You will work at the intersection ofproduct, engineering, and local execution, with real impact
  • You will haveinfluence without people management, based on expertise and collaboration
  • You will be part of a team that valuesengineering quality, ownership, and openness
  • You will help a large organization operate more like amodern, product-driven technology company

* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
