What You'll DoÂ
- Support the processing of incoming and outgoing invoices and assist with recording bank transactionsÂ
- Help respond to accounting-related queries from suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholdersÂ
- Assist in preparing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reportsÂ
- Support project management, procurement, and other departments with finance-related requestsÂ
- Help process intercompany transactions and assist with account reconciliationsÂ
- Support VAT and Intrastat reporting activities under the guidance of senior team membersÂ
- Assist with weekly and monthly management reportingÂ
- Participate in month-end closing activities and financial reporting processesÂ
- Support internal and external audit preparationsÂ
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentationÂ
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and finance team projectsÂ
What You'll NeedÂ
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldÂ
- Previous internship, university project, or academic exposure to accounting or finance is a plus, but not requiredÂ
- Basic understanding of accounting principlesÂ
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsÂ
- Familiarity with ERP systems or finance tools is beneficial but not essentialÂ
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learnÂ
- Good organizational and time management skillsÂ
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentÂ
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 minimum) and SpanishÂ
- Availability for a full-time internship of 6-8 monthsÂ
