Job Description:

Clark County IT is seeking an experiencedDesktop Support / Imaging Technician to support large-scale workstation deployments and provide hardware/software troubleshooting across County departments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience imaging, configuring, and maintaining Dell desktops and laptops in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Image and deploy50+ desktops and60+ laptops per day usingTanium or similar enterprise imaging tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolveServiceNow incidents related to hardware and software issues.

• Install and configureWindows 11,MS Office 2024 / O365, and standard County applications.

• Maintain accurateasset tracking and inventory documentation.

• Collaborate with a team of 25 Systems Technicians to meet SLA targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience withdesktop/laptop imaging and support.

• Experience withTanium or other enterprise-level imaging tools.

• Strong knowledge ofWindows 11,MS Office Suites, andnetwork troubleshooting.

• Excellent customer service and documentation skills.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Preferred:

• Experience withsoftware licensing compliance,inventory control, andhardware asset management.

• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
