Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Support warehouse staff in person and take calls, which are always from people at the same site
Work on tickets in ServiceNow all day
Fix common issues with computers (Windows), Zebra handheld devices, barcode scanners and printers
Support Microsoft Office and similar general office tools
Handle device deployment, configuration and asset management

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Customer service (this is a customer service role)
Troubleshooting and analytical skills
Figure out what the issue is and be able to provide customer support accordingly
Retail or warehouse experience is a big plus, since it helps them start faster but not mandatory
If Non-retail candidates - L1/L2 experience and certifications will be a strong plus
No certifications mandatory
A and Network are nice to have
