Role Descriptions: Providing customer break fix support including off office hours and weekends for designated Equipments and IT infrastructure in building and other connected sites (spokedispatchData centers)Nearby and should be ready to work in general shift. Handling Clients in the Smart Spot and provide End to End Support in co-ordination with other domains.Maintains| analyzes| troubleshoots| and repairs laptops desktops and other IT infra hardware and computer peripherals. Assets installation movement in the user desk. ( Monitor| Docking Station Keyboard Etc)Inspect and Clean laptop Accessories before assigning to other clients.Documents| maintains| upgrades| or replaces hardware and software systems. Communicating clearly in written and verbal formWork on the ticketsWork orders assigned in the ticketing tool and resolve them as per SLA. Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory. VIP| Executive| traders support.Video conferencing support.Provide local smart hand support (physical assistance) to other domain teams when required.Support for New device installations and life cycling of device activities.
