Core Responsibilities
- Plan and manage full image release lifecycle.
- Build image with OS layer, drivers, apps (Connect, NORA, Autopilot, etc.).
- Include all required OS patches, driver updates, core app updates.
- Test image on all in-scope hardware (functional + UAT).
- Update OSD Task Sequence (execution with SCCM team).
- Complete quality/compliance (IQ/OQ documentation).
- Coordinate with security, app owners, integration testers.
- Support pilot deployment, risk assessment, stabilization.
- DaRT-based advanced troubleshooting of build failures.
- Deliver image releases for Topaz/NORA as well. Apply updates across Connect, NORA/Topaz, Autopilot-based builds.
- Test and certify the new Laptop models in Europe. Test drivers post-build using TS‐based builds.
- Maintain documentation, qualification records, and test results for all models.
- Ensure environment stays updated with latest firmware, BIOS, and drivers.
- Manage hardware issues—reproduce in lab, root‐cause, fix.
- Vendor coordination for driver updates, certifications, regional variations.
- Create update packages and deliver via MECM or Self-Service.
