Responsibilities:

• Support the administration and implementation of Learning and Development initiatives in PRUuniversity
• Support PRUuniversity’s project and events as needed
• Gather, collect and process learning data as needed
• Coordinate end-to-end learning programs (scheduling, participant enrollment, room booking, fnb, logistics, and training administration, attendance & feedback, after event poster, database, learning report)
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives, such as Workout at Office (WAO), wellbeing activities, cultural workshops, employee campaigns, and company engagement events.

Requirements:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools
• Experience in handling events, at least at the campus level
• Active participation in campus organizations (minimum internal campus involvement)
• Basic creative design skills are a plus
• Ability to speak and write in English
• Willing to commit to a 6-month contract period
