Digital Banking Business Analyst

We are looking for a high-impact Digital Banking Business Analyst who can operate at the intersection of lending domain expertise, AI-led delivery, and modern engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams todefine and deliver AI-led solutions across digital banking

• Translatelending workflows and use cases into AI/data-driven processes and system designs

• Drive clarity acrossUI, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns

• Collaborate closely witharchitects, developers (Python / Golang), and UI teams

• Shape solutions in ambiguous environments, focusing onoutcomes over documentation

• Define and refineuser journeys, screen flows, and interactions, ensuring usability

• Contribute tosolution design discussions, bridging business intent with technical execution

• Work hands-on with delivery teams toprogress features from concept to production

Lending / Banking Expertise

• Strong understanding oflending lifecycle:

  • Origination

  • Credit assessment

  • Collateral management

  • Portfolio management

• Ability to mapbusiness processes into system capabilities

• Experience working withCredit, RMT, and Originations stakeholders

AI & Data Awareness

• Comfortable working inAI-led delivery environments

• Solid understanding of:

  • Howdata is ingested, processed, and used

  • HowAI outputs are generated

  • Limitations, risks, and edge cases of AI solutions

• Ability to identifysuitable use cases for AI vs rules-based logic

• Experience withdata pipelines, ingestion, and enrichment processes

Technical Business Analysis

• Strong understanding of:

  • APIs and integration patterns

  • Data flows and system interactions

  • Architectures such asREST, event-driven, and pub/sub

• Ability tointerpret technical designs and contribute to solution shaping

• Confidence working closely with engineers in anagile delivery environment

Python / Golang Exposure

• Familiarity with backend services built inPython and/or Golang

• Able to defineclear, meaningful requirements for backend services

• Comfortable discussing:

  • Processing logic

  • Data structures

  • Service behaviour

UI / UX Focus

• Experience working withUI/UX teams, ideally onAI-driven interfaces

• Ability to define:

  • User journeys

  • Screen flows

  • Interaction models

• Strong focus onusability and user outcomes, not just requirements documentation

Delivery Mindset

• Ahands-on, embedded BA – not just documentation-focused

• Works closely with developers on aday-to-day basis

• Focuses ondriving delivery and outcomes

• Comfortable operating inambiguity and shaping the problem space
