Senior Consultant, Strategic Business DevelopmentÂ
The Corporate Development and Strategy team sits at the center of Dell Technologies’ long-term growth agenda. The team leads high-impact initiatives across new business development, strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate planning. By combining market intelligence, strategic thinking, and rigorous analysis, the team translates emerging technology and industry trends into actionable strategies that shape the future of Dell’s global operations.Â
We are seeking a highly analytical and drivenSenior Consultant to join ourStrategic Business Development team within the Global Operations Strategy organization inTaipei, Taiwan.
What you’ll achieve:Â
In this role, you will work on high-priority, executive-level initiatives including global operations footprint design, supply chain optimization, procurement strategy, and innovation across the supply chain ecosystem. You will collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and drive structured problem-solving to influence key business decisions.
This role is part of a leadership development pipeline and is designed to accelerate high-potential talent toward broader strategic and operational leadership roles within Dell.

Essential RequirementsÂ
- Engagement Manager or equivalent experience at a top-tier management consulting firm is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop data-driven insights
- Proven experience managing projects or workstreams, including stakeholder alignment and milestone tracking
- Strong communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while collaborating across global teams and/or guiding junior team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Master's degree (Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field) from a reputable university preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; fluency in Mandarin is a plus

Desirable RequirementsÂ
- Experience in top-tier management consulting firms or strategy roles within the technology, semiconductor, or automotive industries
- Familiarity with supply chain ecosystems, including areas such as EMS, foundries, OSAT, fabless design, and IDM models
- Experience with strategic initiatives such as supply chain transformation, network optimization, or digital/technology enablement
- Strong storytelling skills, including structuring insights into compelling narratives for executive audiencesÂ
