This strategic Sr. Consulting role in Dell Technologies Services is on the Business Planning & Strategy Team. This team influences both the “What” and the “How” across all of Services by influencing behaviors and shaping the outcomes that drive the Strategy forward. Our Services Strategic Planning team unlocks growth, efficiency, and organizational alignment by driving various strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures. We provide thought leadership in design, planning and due diligence, as we lead the Services Strategic and business development priorities to help achieve our long-term growth and transformation objectives. This team also keeps us ahead of the curve by analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans.

What you’ll achieve:
As a Strategic Planning Sr. Consultant, you will partner with key stakeholders and executives on a wide range of business opportunities to develop strategies that create a profound business impact. you’ll identify and drive strategic initiatives that unlock substantial and durable improvements to Dell Technologies.
You will:
Collaborate with cross functional team to develop and execute key business growth initiatives/projects.
Parse large, complex, ambiguous and often intractable business issues into actionable bodies of work; identify and elevate key strategic issues and opportunities for the company to consider
Create and structure deliverables in a simple, clear, concise manner that aligns and drives decisions and action
Support business presentations by putting together contents and storyboards, often for Sr. Leadership discussions.
Act as a trusted advisor for Dell Technologies Services executives while proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with subject matter experts and business partners.

Essential Requirements
15+ years of related experience in technology sector
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas (written and verbal), build rapport quickly, and collaborate effectively with diverse business partners.
Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities, leveraging structured and innovative thinking to extract insights, develop hypotheses, and deliver compelling, insight‑driven narratives.
Highly adaptable and flexible contributor with advanced consultative and business acumen, capable of excelling in multiple roles (e.g., problem-solver, thought leader, project co-owner) across complex assignments.
Exceptionally organized and efficient, comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex problems, and managing stakeholders effectively to drive strong results.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with Management Consulting experience, demonstrating strong business acumen through innovative and structured thinking
Proven experience mentoring and developing team members
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $196,800 - $270,600.
