What you’ll achieve: 

As a Specialist, you will learn the portfolio and assist with quoting, configuration checks, and availability confirmations. You will prepare pricing and product information for Inside Sales representatives and customers. You will build foundational skills in communication, systems, and customer service.

Essential Requirements 

• 1-4 years of related experience 

• Comfort using AI tools and technology for productivity

• Proficiency with Excel and ability to manage large datasets

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, strong customer service mindset

Desirable Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field. 

• General industry and competitor knowledge

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total targeted compensation for this position is $62,160 - $85,470.
