Essential Requirements
Relevant BSc with exceptional marks from a top university.
7+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of: storage, device drivers, embedded software/firmware, Linux, networking, including a proven track record of contributing to open-source projects and engaging with upstream communities.
Expert-level coding skills in C/C++.
Experience and understanding of Linux internals including algorithms, data structures, multithreading concepts, objectsynchronization and communication protocols.
Comfort working in an AI-native development environment - spec-driven development (SDD), AI-assisted workflows, and engineering governance.

Desirable RequirementsÂ
Deep experience withNVMe-oF, storage networking, or low-latency distributed systems, including hands-on familiarity withNVMe SSD internals and an understanding of how device-level features impact host-side performance.
Working knowledge of storage and networking protocols and related high-performancetransports (RDMA/RoCE), along with experience using Python for infrastructure tooling, test automation, and scripting.
