Essential Requirements
- Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience or equivalent skill, preferably within a top-tier management consulting firm
- Proven ability tomanage complex, cross-functional programs and deliver strategic outcomes
- Exceptional consulting skillset, including structured problem-solving, critical thinking, clear communication, and executive-level presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate business impact
- Solid understanding offinancial metrics, business acumen, andstrategic frameworks
- Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments, with a high degree of adaptability
Desirable Requirements
- MBA
- Track record of mentoring and developing junior team members
