Essential Requirements 

• 12+ years of related experience 
• Delivery of complex systems and integrations (drivers, firmware, OS subsystems). 
• Strong automation mindset across build, test, and deploy pipelines. 
• Experience enforcing safety/security controls and proactive risk mitigation. 
• Effective stakeholder engagement and technical storytelling. 

Desirable Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree 
• INCOSE CSEP or Certified Functional Safety Engineer (IEC 61508)
