The Client Solutions Group (CSG) is the sales organization at Dell Technologies that drives Workforce Transformation strategy and engagement. This team is at the forefront of driving the future of work and the new hybrid working practice with some of Australia’s largest Commercial and Government customers. CSG is also leading the engagement and thought process around AI implementation and strategy in the commercial client PC segment. And just as importantly, putting compelling technology in the hands of our customers that delight them as much as making them productive.

What you’ll achieve

This is an opportunity to become one of the experts that can help customers realize the full potential of their workforce, remain current and relevant in their industry and continue to attract and retain world-class and diverse talent from around the globe.

 

In this role you will be responsible for driving the Client Solutions and AI strategy and developing the relationships and sales strategy to best support our customers. The role will include engaging with both existing Retention accounts as well as exciting new pursuits of Acquisition customers. Your success will drive revenue growth; increase our Client Solutions share and provide thought leadership to ensure our customers’ overall experience is extraordinary.   

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience in a sales capacity
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives at customer sites and at Dell Technologies
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and ability to react and adapt while fostering partnerships with customers
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong financial and business acumen

     

     

    Desirable Requirements
    AGSVA clearance 

     

     

    This role is Canberra-based.
