Electrical Senior Principal EngineerÂ
Our Electrical Engineering team puts the spark into the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production. It takes experts in system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing & the debugging and validation of layouts or routes to deliver state-of-the-art products for a changing world. We work closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell Technologies and suppliers to make sure electronic designs meet a range of requirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality, and quality, as well as industry standards.Â

Essential RequirementsÂ
- 12+ years of experience developing complex electrical hardware products from concept through production, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep expertise in board-level architecture, schematic design, component selection, and electrical system integration
- Strong experience with analog and digital circuit design, power delivery, and high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, USB, SAS, SATA, or similar technologies
- Extensive knowledge of PCB design practices, including signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, DFM, DFT, and reliability considerations
- Demonstrated success leading hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and cross-functional technical problem-solving efforts

Desirable RequirementsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experienced in developing high-performance enterprise computing platforms, leveraging advanced ECAD/simulation tools, deep datacenter architecture expertise, and leadership of global engineering teams and partners
