Demand Planning Analyst

We use our in-depth knowledge and experience to develop strategic transition analysis on transition risk management. Our role also includes LTB lock schedule governance, part level transition risk early warning and mitigation, driving E&O minimization initiatives and implementing LTB Lock best practices.

What you’ll achieve
As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will be responsible to setup Left to Build/Left to
Sell reports upon Baseline Lock and finalization of unique part
 

You will:

  • Analyzes data to identify transition risks, leveraging statistical and advanced statistical models to predict transition dynamics and manage risk.
  • Understands business assumptions and customer and financial requirements, translating them into actionable transition and supply chain planning.
  • Evaluates how product and peripheral transitions impact excess and and obsolescence, including managing regional trigger mechanisms for EOL overrun
    and underrun parts.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across regions and functions to align on business assumptions and address transition‑related challenges.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to influence others, lead outcomes, and
    communicate plans, assumptions, and insights through clear presentation and
    messaging.

Essential Requirements

 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant, hands-on professional experience in demand planning, forecasting, product transition or supply chain operations.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (such as Marketing, Procurement, and Finance) on product transition management.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps, with a strong emphasis on Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, and data analysis/modeling) and PowerPoint for storytelling presentation.
 

Desirable Requirements

  • Advanced skill on RPA tools, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, Python, SQL, C++ are a plus

 

Salary starting from:1 450,00 EUR gross/monthly
