We are seeking a passionate and visionary AI Server Platform Systems Lead to join our team. 

In this role, you will be at the helm of solution-level engineering for AI 
enterprise system hardware across compute, storage, and networking. You will lead and inspire a multi-disciplined engineering team and partner with other leaders within Dell’s cross-functional organization, driving excellence and innovation in every aspect of your project, managing high complexity AI products through the entire lifecycle. • Strong background in development engineering of compute, storage, and networking architectures, with proven experience in the design of solution-level AI enterprise data center systems. 
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multi-disciplined engineering workgroups to achieve outstanding results. Expertise in root cause analysis, defect resolution, and test plan architecture. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross functional teams and external partners. 
• Strong business acumen to drive strategic initiatives and project success. Strong ability to influence others to achieve results and drive project success. 
• Educational Requirements: 12 to 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with a master’s degree.
