Account Executive, Direct Sales – Finland

 

From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, ourDirect Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, their goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.

 

In this role, you will have a particular focus onAI and modern datacenter solutions, helping customers inFinland harness Dell Technologies’ end-to-end capabilities to accelerate their AI journeys and modernize their infrastructure.

What you’ll achieve


As anAccount Executive, you will be responsible forbuilding strong customer relationships in the field across Finland and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers. You will act as asenior, consultative sales leader for ourwhole portfolio of products and solutions,shaping customers’ strategy and driving significant growth across your territory.

You will:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Finnish Enterprise customers’ business, AI ambitions and solution requirements.
  • Drive AI, datacenter and infrastructure growth across the Dell Technologies portfolio, includingservers, storage, networking, software, security and services, with a particular emphasis onAI platforms, AI-enabled solutions and modern datacenter architectures -whole Dell portfolio.
  • Run your Finnish Enterprise named accounts end to end, includingaccount planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and engaging cross-functional resources (pre-sales, services, alliances, partners) to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Regularly engage with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders at client facilities in Finland, providingthought leadership on AI, data strategy and infrastructure modernization.
  • Providesales leadership and coaching on large, sophisticated AI and datacenter opportunities, orchestrating virtual and local teams to win complex deals.

Essential Requirements

  • University degree together with 8 to 12 years of experience selling technology solutions, including a strong track record ininfrastructure, datacenter and/or AI-related solutions, preferably in theFinnish market.
  • Proven success innew business development andexpansion within existing accounts, with significant deal sizes and complex sales cycles.
  • Extraordinary customer management andstrategic, consultative selling skills, with the ability to shape customers’ AI and infrastructure roadmaps.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions - especiallyAI platforms, data platforms and modern datacenter solutions -tackle business problems and create measurable value.
  • Strong communication, collaboration andexecutive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership tosenior and C-level management.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability tolead virtual teams and influence without direct authority in complex, matrixed environments.
