Account Executive - Energy
From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our Direct Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. What you’ll achieve:
As an Account Executive, you will drive new-business hunting and targeted expansion in a defined territory. You will run disciplined prospecting cadences, perform discovery, and progress opportunities through the funnel. Your results will be measured by pipeline generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales.
- Demonstrated quota-carrying success in field sales.
- Knowledge of consultative selling and opportunity qualification (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in CRM usage.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Sales training or certifications in discovery and negotiation.
