Essential Requirements 

• 12+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales 
• Proven success exceeding quotas in complex indirect sales environments 
• Expert negotiation and executive communication skills 
• Mastery of pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems 
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and partners 

Desirable Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field 
• Sales certifications or advanced negotiation training 

 

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $289,000 - $374,000, which includes base salary and commissions.
