What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a positive experience to customers who are considering the purchase of Dell Technologies products while maximizing revenue and margin generation. You will put in place sales actions to acquire new customers and retain them to improve the company’s results.
You will:
- Work as the overall account manager, including leading all sales and partnering with the channel or internal sales partners in both strategy and execution
- Be responsible for driving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface activities to maintain and expand business
- Maintain strong business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information, and provide technical specifications and quotations
- Focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a master’s degree in commerce or business administration/management
- Fluent communication skills in Spanish, both spoken and written
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings
- Potential to use multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales transactions. Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve quarterly targets
