Position Overview

TheWarehouse Driver is responsible for transporting products and materials, maintaining warehouse orderliness, and supporting inventory control. This role requires a skilled driver with a Class B CDL and a commitment to meeting deadlines while adhering to safety and compliance standards.


Essential Functions

  • Transport products and materials to and from various destinations.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts and other equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Receive and check-in materials and freight as needed.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels.

 

Position Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of on-the-road driving experience.
  • Forklift Certification.
  • Must meet acceptable driver guidelines.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials with assistance or equipment.

 

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience driving in urban and city environments preferred.
  • Strong time-management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in maintaining CDL logs for DOT compliance.
