Amatsu - Product Engineer / Data Product Lead

Role Overview

Amatsu is seeking ahands-on Product Engineer / Data Product Lead to design, build, and operate data-driven products that support governance, risk management, and ecosystem health within the Sky.Money ecosystem. This role blends product leadership with strong engineering execution and is ideal for a mid-level professional who thrives in lean, high-ownership environments.

You will be directly responsible for translating governance and risk needs into practical, data-backed products, working closely with on-chain data and shipping continuously.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and executedata-driven product development from problem definition to delivery

• Design, build, and maintainRisk Dashboards for protocol and ecosystem monitoring

• DevelopEcosystem Health Analytics, including KPIs, alerts, and trend analysis

• Work hands-on withon-chain data (indexing, querying, transformation, and analysis)

• Collaborate in alean execution model, prioritizing speed, clarity, and impact

• Manage product execution and workflow usingLinear.app

• Partner with governance, risk, and engineering stakeholders to align metrics with decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Mid-level professional experience (typically 3–6 years)

• Strong hands-on engineering background withon-chain / blockchain data

• Experience buildingdashboards, analytics platforms, or data products

• Proven ability to operate in alean, execution-focused environment

• Experience working withLinear.app for product and project management

• Solid understanding of DeFi, governance mechanisms, or protocol risk concepts

• Ability to independently scope, prioritize, and deliver work

Nice to Have

• Experience with DeFi risk frameworks or protocol monitoring

• Familiarity with subgraphs, data warehouses, or blockchain indexing tools

• Previous work in governance, DAOs, or crypto-native organizations
