Responsibilities

• Execute and manage trades across multiple asset classes with accuracy and efficiency
• Comfortable dealing with clients who call into the desk to place orders
• Monitor and reconcile trade mismatches, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolutions with relevant stakeholders
• Managedealingoperationsduringafternoon-to-midnightshifts,withflexibilitytoprovideweekendcoverage toensureseamlesstradeexecution,processing,andsettlement.
• Maintain accurate trade documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with front office, trading, operations, and risk management teams to optimize dealing processes
• Handle ad-hoc dealing requests and support special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equities dealing or trading operations
• Strong ability to manage and transition between multiple asset classes simultaneously
• Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in dealing systems and trading platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of different asset market operations, settlement processes, and regulatory frameworks will be an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Possess FMRP, CACS Certifications 1 & 2
• ThisroleprimarilysupportstheEuropeanandUSmarkets,whilealsoprovidingpartialcoveragefortheAsianmarket.Assuch,theincumbent is requiredtoworkafternoon/late-eveningshifts(uptomidnight)andbeflexibleinprovidingweekendcoveragewhenrequired.
