The DCX Client Services -Home-Based Support Specialist will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Specialist to assist professional property managers utilizing short-term rental market intelligence platforms. This role focuses on providing customer support, data analysis assistance, and platform guidance related to vacation rental performance, competitive benchmarking, and market analytics across major booking channels such as Airbnb and VRBO.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Respond to and resolve partner support tickets/requests
Communicate with clients about the status of open support requests
Log, track, and follow up with clients through the support journey
Work within the support pod to maintain response time and quality standards
Escalate complex issues appropriately
Cross-train on dashboard/implementation basics to support the broader team as needed
Be accountable to KPIs like Time to Resolution, First Response Time, and ticket volume/backlog handled
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or General Virtual Assistant role
Experience interpreting performance metrics and market data.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English
Technical Skills:
Experience working with short-term rental analytics platforms.
Knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies.
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and channel managers.
Experience supporting professional property managers or hospitality operators.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php 40,000
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
