The DCX Client Services -Home Based Marketing Coordinatorwillprovide essential support to the Marketing department, collaborating closely with Marketing Managers, Creative Services team members and internal clients. 

The Marketing Coordinator will actively contribute to both creative and strategic discussions, playing a key role in maintaining marketing operations, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring accurate and timely updates across various marketing platforms and tools.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Marketing/Content Calendar Updates: Update deliverables with timing information in the marketing content calendar on a weekly basis, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. 

  • Client Service Support: Given an assigned set of internal company clients with support of the Sr. Marketing Manager, meet consistently with them to provide status updates, gain understanding of upcoming projects, and deliver exceptional service representing the Marketing department. 

  • HubSpot Support: Build, test and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot; segment contact lists based on personas and engagement behavior; support data hygiene by managing subscriptions, preferences, and contact updates to ensure accurate and effective email targeting. Monitor and maintain all incoming form submissions, ensuring timely distribution of leads to the appropriate internal teams for follow-up and outreach.  


Additional Job Requirements 

  • Education: Marketing, communications, business or related field, from an accredited college or university

  • Experience:1–3 years of marketing or project coordination experience preferred. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.  

  • Excellent communication and time management skills. 


Software that will be used 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)

  • Experience working with agile-based workflow management platforms (Monday.com).  

Role Details 

  • Salary : 47,000

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Industry: Promotional

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
