The DCX Client Services -Home-Based Implementation Specialist will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the setup process, ensuring seamless platform adoption, and providing the training and support needed to effectively utilize real-time market intelligence, performance analytics, and competitive benchmarking tools across major vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.


Ideal Candidates will be: 

  • Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English 

  • Well-structured and wemedium-sizedgrowth-mindedll organized 

  • Possesses strong multi-tasking and prioritization skill sets    

  • Accurate with detailed information 

  • Work well with others and be a team player 


Job Responsibilities 

  • Build and configure partner dashboards within Key Data's platform
  • Log, track, and follow up with clients through the implementation process to ensure timely credential processing
  • Troubleshoot issues relating to new builds
  • Manage builds for 3rd party partnerships
  • Support onboarding implementation tasks currently handled by PSMs
  • Cross-train on support pod functions to provide backup coverage as needed
  • Be accountable to KPIs like time-to-completion per build, credential processing turnaround time, and number of builds completed per periodwell-organizedskills

​WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. 

  • Experience:2+ years of experience in Software Implementation, Customer Success, Project Coordination, Property Management, Hospitality Technology, or SaaS onboarding.

  • Experience working directly with clients in a customer-facing role.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with short-term rental operations, vacation rentals, or hospitality technology.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and project management tools.

  • Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, property management systems (PMS), and channel managers.

  • Knowledge of revenue management and short-term rental performance metrics.

  • Experience implementing SaaS or analytics platforms.

  • Understanding of API integrations and data synchronization processes.

  • Salary Range: Php 40,000

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
