The DCX Client Services -Home BasedAdmin Support will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well asdemonstrate skillsyou've learned in the past. You willbe responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.  


The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.  

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to 100% accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Comfortable performing repetitive and data-intensive tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Gather and compile large amounts of data from multiple sources into Excel spreadsheets.

  • Review and organize ADP employee data, including tenure and workforce reports.

  • Create summary spreadsheets from company financial data.

  • Maintain and update daily sales trackers for the Inside Sales Team.

  • Communicate with team members to collect updates and ensure data accuracy.

  • Compile customer service data from multiple systems and prepare reports for management.

  • Prepare accurate reports and summaries for management and senior leadership.

  • Perform repetitive and detail-oriented administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. 

  • Experience: 1-3 years of Data Analysis, Cross-Functional Team Collaboration (eg. Sales, Leadership), Excel Proficiency

  • Work Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. 

  • Technical Skills:Proficient in Excel, Data Analysis, Workforce Report, etc.

WHAT WE OFFER  

  • Salary Range: 60,000 PHP

  • Industry:Pool Service & Construction

  • Job Type:Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
