• Sustain a competitive edge through external networking, benchmarking, and representation on relevant forums

• Facilitate personal development plans and monitor progress.
• Promote cross-functional skills transfer and continuous learning.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
• Encourage a culture of self-driven problem solving and growth.
• Contribute to the area’s transformation plan and ensure implementation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• BCom with Hons (Preferred)
• Matric
• 6-8 Years' Sales Management experience
• Fleet Management and leasing Experience (Preferred)
