Senior Delivery Partner - Netherlands

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Partner to join our growing Netherlands team.
As a Senior Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Magnit's Managed Service Programmes (MSP), partnering with hiring managers, suppliers, contingent workers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional workforce solutions.

This role requires someone who can balance operational excellence with strategic relationship management, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, governance and customer service.

What You Will Do

Service Delivery
•    Manage the day-to-day delivery of Magnit's Managed Service Programmes in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
•    Deliver an exceptional experience for hiring managers, suppliers and contingent workers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
•    Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on contingent workforce solutions.
•    Ensure operational excellence across all client programmes.
•    Coach other Delivery Partners and being the right hand of the Delivery Manager.

Recruitment Delivery
•    Manage the end-to-end fulfilment of contingent workforce requirements through Magnit's Vendor Management System (VMS).
•    Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, challenge requisition quality where appropriate, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
•    Proactively engage and manage staffing suppliers to maximise candidate quality, speed to market and fulfilment performance.
•    Monitor recruitment pipelines, aged requisitions and recruitment performance to improve time-to-fill and fill rates.
•    Resolve recruitment, supplier and worker-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Independent Contractor & Brokerage Management
•    Support the engagement and management of Independent Contractors (ICs) across client programmes.
•    Apply knowledge of brokerage services and contingent workforce models to ensure compliant engagement of workers.
•    Ensure all Independent Contractor engagements comply with applicable employment legislation, worker classification requirements and client policies.
•    Partner with suppliers and internal teams to minimise compliance risks while maintaining an excellent worker experience.
•    Support governance activities relating to contingent labour, including audit readiness and compliance reporting.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
•    Maintain accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
•    Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.
•    Analyse operational data and recruitment metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
•    Support implementation of new processes, technologies and operational initiatives.
•    Share best practice across the wider Delivery team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential
•    Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
•    Minimum five years' experience within MSP, brokerage, staffing, recruitment, HR or workforce management.
•    Experience managing contingent workforce recruitment across multiple stakeholders.
•    Strong understanding of the contingent workforce market, including temporary labour and Independent Contractor (IC) engagement models.
•    Knowledge of Independent Contractor compliance, worker classification requirements and relevant employment legislation.
•    Experience with complex financial issue solutions.
•    Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
•    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
•    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
•    Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•    High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
•    Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
•    Experience with using data to improve outcomes.

Desirable
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
•    Experience supporting global or multinational clients.
•    Knowledge of Dutch labour legislation and contingent workforce regulations.
•    Experience working within data-driven operational environments using recruitment metrics and reporting.
