Join Our Production Team

We're looking for aMachine Operative to join our Herbs Production team in Runcton.

This is a hands-on role operating and monitoring packing line machinery to ensure products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Setting up and operating production machinery

✅ Running packing lines safely and efficiently

✅ Carrying out quality and product checks

✅ Monitoring machine performance and reporting issues

✅ Ensuring products are packed and sealed correctly

✅ Following food safety and health & safety procedures

✅ Completing production checks and records

✅ Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping

✅ Working with Line Leaders and the wider Production team to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience as aMachine Operative, Production Operative, Food Production Operative, Factory Operative, Process Operative or Machine Minder

✔ Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or food production environment is beneficial

✔ Good attention to detail

✔ A strong focus on quality and safety

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Reliable, motivated and a good team player
