About the Role

We're looking for a Night ShiftProduction Line Leader to join our Herbs Production team in Runcton.

You'll lead a packing line, support your team, and help ensure products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Leading and motivating a production team

✅ Ensuring production lines are set up correctly

✅ Meeting production, quality and safety targets

✅ Monitoring product quality and customer specifications

✅ Reducing waste and improving efficiency

✅ Completing production records accurately

✅ Training and supporting team members

✅ Working closely with Quality and Operations teams

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience as aLine Leader, Production Line Leader, Team Leader, Senior Operative or Production Supervisor

✔ Experience in food production, manufacturing or packing

✔ Good communication and people skills

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
