What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Through your passion for customer service and commitment to building meaningful relationships, you’ll help create a welcoming community where residents feel valued, respected, and proud to call home.Compensation and Incentives
Excellent Base Pay : $20.00 - $22.00/hour
20% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

What We’ll Expect from You:
Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
