• Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of parking barriers or equipment as needed
• Maintain clear communication with team members and customers to resolve conflicts promptly and professionally
• Oversee parking management systems, ensuring proper signage, lot organization, and compliance with policies
• Perform outdoor work daily, including walking extensive areas to monitor activity and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience in parking lot monitoring or parking operations

• Physical capability for lifting and manual handling tasks throughout shifts
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle difficult situations diplomatically
• Valid driving license is required
