Stevinson Toyota East is seeking a Payment Concierge to join their team. 

Previous cash handling experience preferred.

Compensation:$18.00-$20.00 based on experience  

Work Hours:Full Time schedule

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Greets customers and answers incoming phone calls at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs callers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages and provides basic information to all callers.

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Cash handling duties.
• Closing repair orders.
• Assists with clerical duties as requested.

Skills and Requirements 

• Previous dealership experience is helpful.
• English language required, (Bilingual a plus)
• Must be able to pass pre employment screening background and drug 
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers and coworkers
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
