David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit aCroatian speakingSolution Assessment Specialist for their office in Athens.  

 

Position:Solution Assessment Specialist

Location: Athens, Greece 

Work model: hybrid

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the key expert for solution assessment framework, process execution, and customer engagement activities

  • Qualify solution assessment opportunities and coordinate handover to technical teams for execution

  • Position partners effectively within the overall sales and solution assessment process

  • Present solution assessment reports, migration plans, and cloud economics discussions to customers

  • Support customer cloud migration initiatives and advise on Microsoft cloud platform opportunities and migration scenarios

  • Coordinate and align activities between Account Executives, Technical Specialists, partners, and other stakeholders

  • Engage with account teams and partners to drive successful solution assessment strategy and execution

  • Support customers with migration planning related to Azure, Modern Workplace, and Dynamics 365 environments

  • Manage role-related tools and operational activities including approvals, case management, UAT, and ISV tool requests

  • Deliver solution assessments while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets

  • Collaborate effectively within an international and multicultural sales environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent inCroatianboth verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

  • 5–8 years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting

  • Strong Azure knowledge highly preferred (Level 100 Azure knowledge minimum)

  • Understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions, migration planning, and cloud economics discussions

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree in IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field considered an advantage

  • Strong customer communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Commercially driven mindset with ability to create and close business opportunities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude

  • Team player with ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural environments

  • Valid Greek work authorization required for non-EU candidates.
