Position:Sales Development Representative
Location: Athens, GreeceÂ
Work model: Hybrid (on-site for first 5 months, after 3 days office/2 days home)
Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage high volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel
Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email and social media outreach (video meetings are the core responsibility)
Identify and approach alternative decision-makers using various tool and lead generation methods
Build, manage and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
Qualify leads and hand over high-quality opportunities to the onboarding team to continue the sales process
Track and report on daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets
Ensure adherence to response time SLAs and defined sales cadences
Accurately document all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in French with very good command in English (C1 level)
1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development
Experience in tech or digital advertising environment is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification and outreach strategies
Confident conducting client-facing video calls on a daily basis
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in performance-driven and target-oriented roles
Digital advertising knowledge is considered an advantage.
