David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit aGerman speakingPartner Sales Representative for their office in Athens, Greece.  

 

Position: Partner Sales Representative

Location: Athens, Greece 

Work model: Hybrid

Remuneration: Base salary

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of reseller and channel partner accounts

  • Promote and communicate the value of Partner Program offerings

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of various products, services, and channel solutions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for reseller inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Provide product information, commercial guidance, and sales support to channel partners

  • Deliver coaching and enablement sessions to increase partner product knowledge and sales performance

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned partner network

  • Follow up on leads generated through partner marketing and telemarketing campaigns

  • Execute outbound call campaigns targeting existing and prospective reseller partners

  • Support and drive marketing initiatives focused on specific client products and services

  • Build long-term relationships with channel partners to increase revenue and market penetration.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native-level German and fluent English (B2–C1)

  • Proven B2B sales, account management, or channel sales experience

  • Knowledge of channel sales models and reseller partner ecosystems

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Commercial mindset with strong business acumen

  • Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve KPIs and sales objectives

  • High level of IT literacy and strong interest in technology solutions

  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple partner relationships effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience in IT, technology, hardware, or software sales environments

  • Experience managing reseller, distributor, or channel partner networks

  • Knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management tools

  • Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams
